No menu do head chef Alê Zanella estão entradas, pratos e sobremesas e também as exclusivas pizzas individuais orgânicas e integrais, além de uma carta de vinhos orgânicos para acompanhar.
O Quiosque Philosofy abriu suas portas no final de fevereiro de 2009 e desde então já virou ponto de encontro no Vale para aqueles que apreciam uma gastronomia diferenciada, com produtos orgânicos e naturais, e ao mesmo tempo prática. Há alguns meses o restaurante também está oferecendo serviço de quentinhas, que são entregues mediante reserva e pedido por telefone.
